As a lawyer, I'm sure you can appreciate that the term "more probable than not" means that in a civil case Brady would lose based on the "balance on probabilities" but in a criminal case he would be acquitted because guilt has not been proven "beyond reasonable doubt". I don't think the NFL has to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, so I agree that the suspension is unlikely to be reduced.
