    GT Demo Sale

    Did anyone go this past weekend? Was there any good deals to be had?

    I went late morning on Saturday and was able to pick up a 913F. Looks like it has never been hit. I think it was $130.

    Went first thing in the morning and picked up a TM tour preferred wedge for $50 and a Ping I25 driver that actually came with an X-Stiff shaft (which I can never find) for $150. Both clubs look like they've hit a handful of balls

    Wow, for the first time ever I have no urge to go to the demo sale. Really happy with my set up. Only things I've tinkered with this year has been shafts and putters.
    For the first time in I don't know how long, I made it through a season with the same irons and wedges that I started with!
    Maybe I've cured the inner ho!

    I feel you Geoff, the only thing that I changed was my driver and it took 5 years and plenty of contenders to knock out my Nickent 4DX, the rest of my set up has remained, that being said I am on the lookout for some new irons, I can do this, I can quit anytime!

    I bought a adams xtd ti 3wood,like new,not a mark on it,$150
    I like that I can set it upright to match my irons,have only hit it a few times but not one duff
    this may be the club that fills a gap I have Always struggled with

    I got 2 brand new vokeys for $75 ea , and a SLDR TP 3wood , brand new in plastic for $150 .
    Some good deals to be had for sure , now I've just got to wait 6 months before I try them
    At the end of the day ... It gets dark
