FS: BRAND NEW set of Adams XTD forged irons (RH)

Don't ask me why when I struggle to even get out to a course these days, but I bought two sets of Adams XTD clubs this summer figuring I could play them both for a while and figure out which ones I like.

They are stunning clubs, but it didn't take long to realize I don't have the consistent game and repeatable swing to be playing forged clubs, so I am floating this set to see if someone would like to give them a more deserving home. And I'll be keeping the cross-cavity back set...for now

This is the full set with 3h and 4h XTD hybrids, and 5-PW with stiff C Taper 120 shafts. The description reads: "two low-spinning Adams DHy hybrids (3, 4), along with forged cavity-back (5-7) and muscleback (8-PW) irons". These are around $1000 new, but I got a pretty good deal at $635 USD (all-in) on these in August while travelling in the States.

I took the plastic off a few them to go to the range ONCE so they are 99.5% new!!

Well I'm in no hurry to sell, so start saving up for them

I've been playing Adams clubs for a while, and these are the first of their forged lines for me. One of the nicest looking clubs I've ever seen, and they still have the velocity slot on the bottom for a bit of extra forgiveness...just maybe not quite enough for me and my game right now.

If nobody wants them, I may do the smart thing and take some lessons over the winter, but I still have the excellent XTD cross-cavity set which I've decided (for now) to keep.

It ain't easy being a clubaholic, but it's fun...

UPDATED original post to correct a typo: the iron shafts were correctly listed as stiff flex, but I had the "90" regular steel flex noted instead of the stiff 120 flex.

The clubs are on hold at the moment, but I wanted to be clear all the same...
