Darkness and match play
Players both agree before playing hole 16 that it is to dark to continue beyond that hole. At the completion of hole 16 player A says no, I want to continue to hole 17. Player B says no and leaves the course.
What is the ruling?
Do it make a difference if player B has cater acts and has difficulty seeing in dim light?

They made an agreement, they should abide by it. Much the same as a concession.
However, A must say he is making a claim and inform the committee.
