TM Customer Service
I have to say I am more than disappointed with their customer service. Sent an email on July 20th to enquire about the SLDR Playability Guarantee (to which I have since found out has expired) and have yet to get a response from them.
So today I sent another voicing my displeasure, but moreso to see how long (if at all) it takes to get a reply.

Not surprising...they do not reply to e-mails from what I have found...as I have sent them several...I even wrote a letter one time and never heard back from them...I found if I want them to reply it always has to be by telephone...
I would not hold your breath while waiting for a reply by e-mail...

TM suck LARGE DONKEY BALLS. They are too large of a company to care about the end user.

If that's the case then don't put a message up saying a rep will reply within xx hours.

I agree.
I've never had any luck with them. I've only ever been able to deal with the retailer or Regional Rep.

I was pretty sure the guarantee was over but was hoping to be able to work something out with them. Apparently, if you tried to get your refund for your SLDR, they offer you a different lofted head (which is what I was after as I really like the look/sound/feel of the head), and with the gurantee over I didn't think GT would be able to do anything.
My wife hurt her back and was out of commission so I didn't play for 3 weeks and missed the window of the guarantee and a chance to try out the driver before it ended.

So is the gripe more the non email return or not honouring a finished promotion?

Gripe is no answer. When I sent it I might have still been within the period. The link was still up on the site but I heard about a week later that it was over but the link was still up. About a week after that it was down. So unless I heard directly from them, I wasn't sure of the exact time frame.

I had similar customer service issues with TM over 10 years ago, and I have never bought another TM club since. I see that nothing has changed.
