Dinosaur Trail in Drumheller Alberta
Played Dinosaur Trail in Drumheller Alberta yesterday. What an awesome experience especially on the back nine. The back nine should be on every golfer's bucket list....very challenging. Some have said that it might be the toughest back nine in North America....links type setup. Green fees deal for 4 with cart was just over $150 with Golfnow. If I had booked the next day it would have been even cheaper. 2 hour drive there and 2 back however.
Golfing among the Hoodoos was really cool. The course is basically next to world famous Royal Tyrrell Museum....you can see parts of the golf course from one of the viewing areas at the museum.
In our foursome, the best golfer in the group (shoots in the high 80's to low 90's), got a birdie on the 15th. During the start on the back nine, we didn't even bother to keep track on scores. Tons of lost golf balls too.
Google for some images.
