Cost to reshaft irons

So ive been looking at irons, and have come across a couple of sets of heads that I really like the look of. I'm wondering what one can expect to spend in order to reshaft (with grips). I know there are all kinds of options out there, but if anyone could give me a ballpark figure if what a set of shafts woukd run me (installed). I would be looking at used, probably something like an s300, but I'm not married to any one brand.

Like you said, it will be all over the map.

For grips, I would see if there is anything you like on closeout at Golfworks. They usually have them as buy 6 get 6 free. I got the Lamkin Tour White cords I'm playing now for about $4 a grip that way.

For a full set of shafts, you're probably looking at $100. Call it $10 for ferrules.

After that it's just the install cost.

I bought a used set of shafts here for less than $100 with new grips already on them. Then got them installed at my club for $20 a club. That included pulling the old shafts, installing and swing-weighting the new ones, and new ferrules. So it was around $200 all in.

If you're gonna buy brand new shafts and grips, it'll be more. Golfworks quoted me about $400 for a new set of Nippon shafts and Lamkin Crossline grips, which was too rich for me.

I second chieflongtee..he took out shafts from an older set, tip trimmed and adjusted swing weight and installed them in another set of heads for me..I've been shooting lower scores, plain and simple. The price was extremely reasonable. He does great work.
