    golf in Belleville

played Black Bear Ridge and Trillium Wood last week , all I can say is 'if you have never been get there'. Stayed at the Fairfield Marriott on a package, this will be annual or twice annual pilgrimage from now on.

I'll be heading down that way in the fall for work - with my clubs. I have played Trillium but not BBR. TW is a nice track, I hear BBR is even nicer.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Two very nice, but very different courses. A lot more elevation change at BBR. More technical.

20 minutes further West is another treat, Timber Ridge in Brighton. A nice mix of attributes from both TW and BBR.
When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.

BBR is the Favorite of mine and many of my buddies. It is always in great shape. The greens are fast and true. On a normal day they are probably in the top 5 for speed anywhere around here. The views are awesome and the course was designed with playability in mind. We try to go as often as we can. A+ Track! we like it better than Eagle Creek!
