Adjustable drivers and spines.
Not that I know if it makes a big difference in performance but one problem with adjustable drivers is spine alignment. Let's say the shaft FLOS perfectly in the 9.5 degrees position but you want to change to 11.5 degrees. Chances are that if you are not dealing with a quality shaft you'll end up having a club that wobbles in the new position. Food for thought.

Or do like I did and have the adapter glued on at the desired setting once the shaft had been pured/spined.
