LF: a hitting mat
I am looking to buy a mat to hit off of in my backyard. something of a good quality similar to a driving range, not a cheap thin one,
if one available let me know and some pics would be appreciated
thanks

Saw a stack of used hitting mats at Kevin Haime for $99 each.

You can get the exact same rubber mats that the courses use from a fellow out in Ashton or at the TSC store - PM me if you need details ($35-$45). Then you can put a variety of different synthetic turf/carpet surfaces on top, securing with tacks, nails, etc. $25 or so....which is getting pretty close to the $99 at KH I guess!!
That's pretty much the approach I am taking with my long-delayed backyard DIY putting green...
