Played it this morning, front nine only. It was pretty damn dry! The back nine is always a bit soggier though... The greens are pretty bad, mostly brown and still punched. Temp tee boxes on most hole. Overall, it was quite playable, but 30$ would be better spent at the Meadows I think.

Meadows was in good shape this morning. Green were really good and was dry for the most part on the north / east
(carefull of the frost delays. didnt start for about 45 minutes after tee time)I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

played pineview this morning.. couldn't get a tee time at meadows.. It wasn't great.. the greens are basically sand and are air raided.. tees are all temps and the fairways are dead.. that aside.. a great day for golf

played pine view this morning, very dry!fairway`s are not dead and the green`s were punched and topdressed with sand ,but very puttable.50-50 on tee boxes and temp teeboxes. for early spring conditions the course is about the same as many other courses in the area.

just played it on sunday. pretty much what everybody above has said. only difference was the sogginess. but it rained pretty much all last weekend. still, i find the course doesn't drain very well anyway.

one of the attractions of pineview was that it was always cheap to play there.. they must think they are a middle of the pack golf course now because they are charging at least that to play there.. 30 bucks for twillight at pineview.. I don't think so.. you can play stonebridge with a cart for $38.00

Soggy now, and once it dries out it's shaft bending, concrete like clay. I played there many times because of the price in the past few years, but there are much better courses out there for similar prices these days.
