Cleveland launcher
I have a Cleveland Launcher Ultralite XL270 , 460cc with a 10.5 degree loft.It has a original Accuflex Assassin 2 shaft in it Regular flex.
However, I can put another flex in the head if this does not suit your swing.

I might just have one in the garage and it would be about that age, too. Will confirm after work.
It's probably on a stiff shaft, so hopefully that works for you...

Mine is not the "400" branded Cleveland Launcher, but it's pretty much the same size and weight as the 400 I sold a year or two ago. 9.5 degree, stiff Cleveland shaft.
I'm in Barrhaven too, so let me know if you want to swing by to check it out...

Thanks guys, will consider if the 400 does not pop up anywhere.

Must've moved my 400 already. I have the 460 Comp still.
