Myrtle Beach Week after March Break

    Hi guys,

My son has 2 weeks off this year at March Break so we have been thinking about taking a trip to myrtle for the second week. Just wondering if anyone has made the trip with their family and can recommend places to stay. Obviously I would like to get a couple of rounds in but would like to mix some fun family activities in as well.

    Thanks
    Kevin

tons of options as to where to stay. we book our condo through Elliott realty and they have all kinds of options depending on your price range. There are hotel options too which can be very inexpensive. Can't recommend too much in terms of family stuff as ours has always been a guys trip but there is lots to do in terms of water parks, go carts, etc. I can be of more help on course selection down there if you let me know your budget
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Thanks for the tip on Elliot real estate. I checked them out online and will be calling them tomorrow . As for the course I hope to get two or three rounds in so I don't mind spending 50 to 100 a round.

    Cheers,
    Kevin

We are in Myrtle this week and the weather has been crappy except for one day. Rained out yesterday and probably today.
It really is too cold and rainy, even for a couple of diehard players like ourselves so my wife asked that we extend our trip by 2 days.
No complaints from me. Heading out to Charleston SC to visit.

They book golf as well, just ask and you usually get a discount if you book them together. There are lots of great options for golf at that price, I'd recommend determining where you are staying and then booking the golf from there. MB is quite big and you could drive a long way to some courses depending on where you are staying.
