    Creative 3D software for GC2

I am enjoying my GC2 and simulator with FSX software. I have the Champions Course.

I see that the Creative 3D software has some fun courses like minigolf, demolition, pitch and putt that my son would like. He is 11 and a good golfer but he is 11! So hitting balls at the FSX driving range may not be fun

My first question how is the driving range (creative 3D) range academy, classic range and range 360 are they good? I was OK with the FSX range but like a bit more

Are the other kiddie type games fun and worth the price. We use the simulator and want to keep it fun for my son

Seriously though...one of my daughters is 11 and plays junior golf. The more fun they have, the more your wife will tolerate these types of purchases. Funny how that works.

Since you asked..here is a picture of my simulator..still in the worksphoto.jpg

I have hardwood floors so the carpet and blankets are out there to keep the wife happy. Had fun today but back is a bit sore

Excellent setup! Really well done. The GC2 is one of the most widely used and respected LM's on the market. Maybe one day another LM will come along that can compete (maybe sooner than later), but for now, it's the tops.

I really like some of the game software you were talking about. My daughter would love those challenge games. Honestly, so would I.

Nice setup. Be careful of a wedge shank-a-rooney to go up your stairs.

I've put my 62 wedge over the screen. I have the ball marks on my garage ceiling to show for it. :-D

Good to know. So far I get close to the net (not too close to hit it) and so far so good. I am using Almost golf balls with the wedges and no noticable distance loss and much safer!

Curious, how much is the FSX software package? How is the resolution? Are you utilizing 1080p capable hardware? Thanks.

It was $2500 for the FSX performance software and 1 course, but I was told it wasn't out yet?!? Does anyone know different?

I downloaded a demo of creative 3d golf software. Its working for me since i dont have any software at the moment. Give it a test drive for the mini games etc.... Heres a link ...it has a link to download near the phone number to call for pricing...under the first picture....
http://www.par2pro.com/shop/product_...roducts_id=245. Hope it helps..you can play 3 holes on 9-10 courses..just pick 4-5 players and you can play for a good bit.
