    ATTENTION, GOLF STARVED O'GERS!!!! I just called Foxfire in Baldwinsville (Syracuse) and he hopes to be open by this weekend. A short 3 hr 20 minute drive to your first local game of the season. The owner was hoping for today but the overnight cold temperatures are preventing any earlier opening. Stay tuned

    Got in last night. What the happened here ? Personally I don't think we will be playing for a little while yet----with the rain they got in Syracuse and Binghamton it will be about 2 weeks---no matter what the pro shop guys say. Still quite a bit of snow in the bush and on the north slopes.

    The only good news will be for the guys heading south---looks like spring has finally arrived Enjoy.
    Does the 2nd hole-n-one come easier ?

    Thanks Big mac, well all I know is Foxfire are always one of the earliest to open and if it can be done he will open. I will call to make sure tomorrow.
