That's too bad----if the conditions of Champlain or Les Vieux Moulin's are any indication then I doubt if we will see any significant changes. Both those courses are also on NCC property and both need lots of infrastucture work.

We have a lot of exciting plans for Pine View Golf Course. They will take some time but we are committed to continuing the recent work that has been done to improve the playing conditions. Hopefully as the season gets under way, Ottawa area golfers will come out and give the course a chance.

Happy to see it stay as a golf course and not another housing devellopement. It will be up to new owners to inject some serious money into it to get in top shape in order to attract more players and tournements.

Flagstick has learned that the partners in the new Pine View Golf Course, Inc. include noted golf course operator (Champlain, Les Vieux Moulins, Iroquois) Stan Brigham, the Costello brothers (Glen and Don) who own * Golf (a discount golf program) and Mike Copeland, owner of Labrador Lodge in Wakefield and the **.ca golf deals website.
