Meadows
Just talked to a buddy who played the Meadows today and he said it too was in mid-season shape. Greens were green, cut and rolled true. Fariways were also dry , his words........not a puddle on them .........Will find out soon enough.

Steve,
If you're friend was saying that the Meadows is in "mid-season" shape in mid-April, I'm not sure that's so much a compliment on the current conditions or a comment on what we around here consider "mid-season" form (hehe)!
It is good to see that a number of courses are being reported as having survived the winter with their greens in very good shape. With the general lack of snow this winter, but also with a general lack of any really cold stretches I suppose we were lucky. Now lets hope all the early season traffic and a long dry summer doesn't result in parking lot hard fairways by July.
