Info and opinions wanted on aboutGolf

I have a local golf retailer that is going out of business and liquidating their complete aboutGolf range setup.

    Specifically:
Anyone have any experience with these units at home?
Anyone know if it can be installed in a location with lower ceilings than the Range setup (ideally a basement with 8 to 9 foot ceilings)?
Anyone estimate what it would cost me to add courses? The current setup is range only.

    Thanks all!

8' ceilings are too low. 9' is borderline - could be too short if you have a tall hitter, or using a driver, or have a more vertical swing than normal. 9' becomes even shorter if you end up with any kind of platform or ceiling finishing, etc. Keep in mind that a driver is about 4 feet long. Hold it at a 45* swing plane and it still accounts for 2' of height. Take a 6' tall guy bent over a bit but with stretched out arms on the follow through with a driver and your ceiling (and club?) is toast.

I've heard good things on the system - usually the complaint is that it is very expensive without necessarily being that much more accurate. But getting it for a discounted price sounds like a pretty good deal. No direct experience though.

The discount was surprising....$6K for a complete range system with brand new screen. I think I can make that work, but that's why I come back to ceiling height and adding courses.

It's an AG Studio that's less than 3 years old, so I'm assuming camera...

You cannot play courses on AG Studio. It is just the range. You need an ISU to play the onyx courses.
