    building stance mat, what foam underpadding?

    Hey fellas, finally got my optishot and am researching on materials to build my stance mat. What type of foam underpadding is recommended?

    I use a puzzle piece exercise mat similar to these. Can be picked up @ most big box stores. They come in thickness from 1/4" to 1/2" i think. You can do cutouts for the sensor unit fairly easily with scissor's...
