    Golf Simulator under $1,000

New to this thread. Hoping you guys could help me out. I am a 10 handicap and looking to get better at golf. I love playing and have wanted a simulator for awhile and have just now decided to get one. This will primarily be used for just hitting the ball and working on swing fundamentals (I video a lot and can fix my own swing). I was going to get just a net but that's boring and I want something that will show me a little more. I also want something that has the capability to play courses on it. I've looked at the optishot, and really that might be all I need, obviously not the most accurate but definitely gives you some feedback. So do I just get a optishot and practice hitting and use the information it gives for only a price of $400, or do I get something more expensive maybe like the P3Pro swing or a different simulator close to $1,000. If you guys can, give me info on the ones I talked about and give me recommendations on anything under/around $1,000.

This is really just for practice and fun, there's an indoor golf place that I can go to fairly close to me with super nice simulators if I wanted something that accurate. This is for if I wanna play with friends or just wanna work on my swing at 10 o clock.

    Thanks

It depends what you mean by $1,000 budget. If you mean simulator, screen and projector for that price then the Optishot is really your only option.

The thing is when you say "practice or fun" you have to have a good experience for it to happen.
When you hit a draw off the deck and you clearly see it hit the impact screen 1 foot left of center, and on the program it's showing a fade, it REALLY kills it. Kinda like what's the point? Might as well just hit into a net. For $1000 or less the P3proswing screws up some, and the Optishot was horrible. I just wanted whatever few readings it took to be mostly correct. If whatever you see on the screen you know is inaccurate, like I said what's the point? The P3 I felt less lied to lol and it was actually fun. Used only during summer though.
