Free drop part 2
My buddy who I have discussed the free drop (see last post) chunks a shot towards the water. He lands in an area that is yellow staked. He laughs and say free drop because the stake is in his way. ( he is joking)
I pulled the hazard stake that was in his way.
My question is was I right to pull the stake? Or are stakes considered part of the hazard?

The red or yellow stakes may be removed but remember that the out of bounds (white stakes) are fixed and cannot be removed.

It's certainly unusual and I can't think of one I've encountered.
