    Unhappy What happened to Nation and Calabogie?

    Aren't they usually the first to open? Don't see them on the opennings page...

    Funny, you could have fooled me. MPare and I played Nation last spring when they were one of the first courses to open.

    My first round last year was April 3rd at Nation.

    Three years ago my first round was opening day at Calabogie (sometime in early April). The couple we were paired with played Nation the day before.

    If the weather co-operates I'm sure they'll be open sometime next week.

    Yeah I also played The Nation on April 2nd last year. Aside from a few small piles of snow around the greens it was fine. It's funny there has been no word from them yet, as they are most definitely one of the first courses to always open.

    Nation has been our first round of the year for the past 3 years. Seems every year Calabogie & Nation are the first courses open.

    Well the course (Willows) is between Keswick and Sutton on the south-east side of Lake Simcoe. It's a few minutes from Bradford. Not the greatest track but I'm playing. I can't believe that I had that much luck planning my year-end leave. Back at it tomorrow...

    man if that wasn't 3.5 hours away I would be there in a second... It is still not out of the question though...How may temps? How was the course and how much?
