    shaft recommendation

I bought a used ping g20 driver with a stiff shaft that I don't like. I'm fairly slow swinger and hit my drivers around 220 yards. I think I might need to switch to a regular shaft. Any recommendations?

Impossible to just pick a shaft for you without:

    Seeing you swing
    knowing your tempo
knowing what your transition is like
    knowing your swing speed
    knowing your release point
    knowing your tendencies
    seeing your ball flight
what loft is the head you are using
    what is your "feel" preference

I'm sure there some things I am missing some variables, but I hope you get the point. Merely stating you are a slower swinger who hits it 220 isn't enough to pick a shaft.

That's not a bad idea, but if you can go somewhere that you can actually see the ball flight whole still getting hard data numbers...that would be best.

Bj is right but if you want to hold on to the Ping head getting fitted will do you no good unless the fitter can find a away to test you with the actual head.
