Hybrids and silver paint...

Hi all,

Been browsing here a bit while researching Optishot and P3.

Anyway, I've seen notable discussions about silver tape, so I'll ask my question first:

1) Has anyone tried masking and spray painting rather than applying tape?

Ok... second question:

2) I can't quite figure out if either/both of these units let you use hybrids successfully. I don't have one yet but plan on trying them out... how is this handled?

Hi Andrew,
I have the Optishot and it handles the hybrids to me excellent. Optishot is coming out soon with new hardware/software as it was told to me. You don't have to tape your clubs only the taylormade drivers/woods. My cousins use nike and Ping and they seem to work fine without tape. Hope this help.

No telling when the new Optishot stuff may be out, though!

They say next quarter, so it should be sometime this fall hopefully. But talking to them it sounds very promising so I just like you and everyone else I'm waiting and hoping for these changes. I no one is going to be the online play for sure.
