Water water everywhere
Played Loch March today in 42 degrees with humidex...it was like wading in water almost every hole, must have had a deluge the night before. But the worst was losing a ProV in a fairway bunker that had about 6 inches of murky water,I was not a happy camper....

Not surprised. I was playing at RideauView when they blew the horn to get us off the course.
Not long after that the big nasty line of thunderstorms rolled through. Hopefully nothing was damaged. Not fat anymore. Need to get better at golf now!

Hammon just posted on Facebook... "June 29th Update...
Due to the heavy rain, the golf course is closed for the rest of the day. Please call us tomorrow to find out if power carts will be allowed on the course". This is at least the second closing or partial closing this past few weeks. Should we be building an Arc?"All I need to know about life, I learned from my dog".

Played Loch March today. No area on the course where you were safe from mosquitoes. So bad on some holes that you couldn't tee off without getting attacked. Bring LOTS of bug spray if you are playing there Canada Day.

Played Cloverdale yesterday and it's not draining very well at all. Be forewarned.
