    Choosing Shaft Flex (Drivers)

What are some good indicators to what shaft flex a player should use?

Swing speed and swing tempo are two big ones.

Without knowing all the variables (swing speed, tempo, transition, release point, etc), just randomly suggesting a flex would do you no good. One company's regular is another company's stiff flex.

This is the best answer you can get right here. If you really want whats right for you, make an appointment with a club maker. I use Artisan golf but there are many in our area that are more than capable.

Agree but let's assume the driver swing speed is 80 mph as stated above. My suggestion would be A flex or lower right away.
