BC, in this drill, is your tape line at 45 degrees of your target line or less?

45* is too sharp of an angle. I would say closer to 30 would be better initially. Yesterday I cut a thin (1/8")piece from the middle of a golf ball(Pro V1 X , painted it white, and placed on an angle of about 30* coming into the ball. This worked well, except when I actually hit, instead of having the club head just go over it.

If the mind's focus is on hitting this little disc, even when looking at the ball you are trying to hit, you can really feel the arms dropping down inside.

This is a GREAT drill. I cut a ball in half on Tuesday and hit a few balls in my garage while performing this drill and it felt good. This drill also makes you feel that your hands are in front of the ball at contact.

The drill I used to do was hitting ball with my right foot back but I like this drill better.
