Accuracy between Simulators?

Has anyone experienced large distance discrepancies between commercial simulators/launch monitors? I've been working on a Flightscope recently. The other day I went to a place that uses HD Golf. My numbers were 30 yards less. There is a difference in hitting surfaces between the two. The Flightscope place uses Fiberbuilt mats and the HD Golf has a flat mat that is padded. Anyone experience the same thing?

Well here's the ones I recall as far as distance is concerned:

Irons - Reasonable if lofts are the same as those in the software
Hybrids - Low by about 7%
Fairway metals - Three metal is reasonable but 5 metal is low by about 5%
Driver - Low by 4% to 5%

Full Swing
Irons - To long by about 10%
Hybrids - To long by about 10%
Fairway metals - Reasonable to slightly long
Driver - Reasonable

Zelocity
Irons - To long by about 5%
Hybrids - To long by about 5%
Fairway metals - Reasonable to slightly long
Driver - Reasonable to slightly long

Trackman
Irons - Reasonable
Hybrids - Reasonable
Fairway metals - Reasonable
Driver - Reasonable to slightly short

Protee
Irons - Reasonable
Hybrids - Reasonable to slightly long
Fairway metals - Reasonable to slightly long
Driver - Reasonable to slightly long
