    Maintaining the RH Flying Wedge?

Been doing a lot of golf machine work in order to teach myself to kill the flip. What allows you to maintain the flying wedge in the right hand? If i slide and turn into an impact bag I have no issues keeping it there due to the hit of the bag but in making rehearsals through the impact zone without and object the travelling weight of the clubhead makes it almost impossible to stop it from passing my hands (I'm assuming because it isn't hitting anything to transfer that energy into).

When it comes to the full swing is it fair to say that the impact with the ground in conjunction with the continued rotation of the body (not stalling in the impact area) will allow you to in essence 'win the race' against the club and allow that wedge to hold through the swing?

Plummer and Bennet talk about this at length in their Stack and Tilt DVD's. They talk about making sure your arms are as straight as possible for as long as possible past impact. Your arms through should be 20 degrees behind you (from above looking down) when your arms at at level. They say to keep your elbows together as well.
