Can it suck the video automatically without further touching the iPad?......or an easy process?

It's easy. You press the Import button on yoyr iPad, select the video and V1 processes the video.
When you're done you select Record on the IPad and start over.

How long does the transfer process take?

No mic-trigger.
You can choose 5 or 10 seconds countdown before recording. Works fine.

Afterwards you may trim the video.

A nice feature would be an automatic record-stop after 2 seconds past impact.
