They have their own proprietary software that they are working on (possibly going to be released this spring / summer). I will be taking a video of it at the show, but the video has to get approved before I can post it.

What else did you see that you can report?
The New In House software that golfun spoke of is proprietary to Foresight Sports so it will not be available for P3Pro or any other system.

New E6 looks amazing!!! Better than anything I've seen to date. Real time online play also, and possibly with other sims. Good thing Protee is on their list of partners. Red Chain better get busy...

E6 looking good. Perfect Paralel looking good. Foresight will do themselves a disservice if they don't jump on the wagons.

Wow...I didn't know a new E6 was in the works. It's looking really great, and online play across a range of devices is very cool. I assume the price will still be pretty steep as it is with the current E6, but it looks like a great option for a lot of us to consider. Red Chain really needs to release some screenshots or something to keep their user base intact until the next version is ready.

Interesting that there's download demo available now for the current E6 on the TruGolf site. That wasn't there the last time I checked.

It's been there for a while rdh. To be honest, I was blown away by Cory's video on the E6 II. The Trugolf guy said release is scheduled for this fall. Protee can get it for sure but I just hope it's not too much.

Thanks for the videos, looks great. As far as the e6II goes, I thought it was coming out earlier. The Trackman sales rep I talked to said that they were using the "next generation of e6" which would be out shortly (at a base cost of $2500, $4000 for all courses, maybe $5k can't remember). Shortly doesn't seem like fall to me. Maybe the sales rep meant you'd get e6 now, and a free upgrade to e6II when it came out.

edit: also googling "e6ii trugolf" returns only your video, congrats on being the only current source of info in this

Thanks mcook... That is really cool...So is there any chance Trugolf owners will get that as a free update or will we have to purchase it?

Since it appears to be a whole new graphics engine, I would guess there would be an upgrade price. Perhaps Cory can ask a Trugolf rep while he's down there.

With a fall release I think it is a bit early to be talking prices, lot of hours and toil between now and then.

the other real question is with the new software will there be an improvement on the physics. As all can attest to the original e6 is too forgiving and not a lot of changes can be made. But it will not hurt to move to the protee and then e6 2 in the future.

    Hey All,

I am posting the videos from today's show on the channel now - got in late after a lot of meetings today. I hope to have a lot more videos at tomorrow's show.

    Cheers,
    Cory

PS: From what it sounds like there will still be E6 Lite, E6 and E6II Options all available at different price points. But we will see when it actually comes out.

Wow, the SkyPro looks pretty cool. Great system for setting up face angle, good training software. Wonder how accurate it is.

Skypro looks like it has great features and calibrates on the club better. But how does it know where your intended target line is?

Par2Pro- Thanks! Your invaluable on here! Can you ask Swingbyte how "Target Line" is chosen/calibrated? How does it work?

    Thanks!!

Guessing since it knows exactly where the club face is it assumes the target line is the direction the clubface is pointing at address. Most people keep a pretty square club face at address.

Actually that is one of golfers biggest flaws! Most never even realize they aren't quite pointing at the target! lol There are soo many articles written on club alignment...
Supposedly this is why Swingbyte uses the camera so it doesn't have to "assume" target line anymore. Wondering how it is done.

That certainly wouldn't be in my top 10 flaws. If it's a problem throw an alignment stick on the ground and have the clubface square to that at address.

Skypro video looks good. Good calibration method. If it is accurate will be good for the groove mode.
