Same goal every year, enjoy the game!
You only get out of something what you put into it

2013 in 3 points:
1. Take the time off work to relax as often as possible on a golf course
2. Putt and chip better, it should take care of the rest.
3. Maybe play a competitive tournement, then again just maybe!
Good luck to everyone on their 2013 goalsWill I learn how to chip?

Play as much as possible
Enjoy my rounds as much as possible
Play with as many OG'ers as possible
Try to get my index into single digits (11.x right now)
Improve my driving and chipping. Have struggled with the driver off the tee the last couple of years and my chipping is hot/coldI got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

My main goal this year is to walk more often, and less distance during my rounds. =)

For this year, I have 2 main goals in golf:
1-Spend more time practicing, especially practicing the short game
2-Try to bring my handicap back around 4 (was there last year and went back up to above a 6)

My main goal is to practice more and more efficiently.
I'll try to set aside a day (or two) per week to go out in the evening and work a bit on everything but spend most of the time focused on something that needs improvement.
I worked on the full swing mechanics a lot of the time last year but would just chip and putt around the green until it felt good. Should focus more while working on those things.
Got the cap down in the 5-6 range last year and watched it bubble up to 8-9 at the end of the year. I'm hoping the extra practice will help me get into the 3-4 range this year and maybe keep it there longer.Even I've never heard of me

1. I'd love to get into single digits this year (closed at 11 and lowest has been 10)
2. An improved chip and pitch game would go a long way to achieving this goal
3. Continue my quest to play at least 40 different courses each year (100+ rounds last year) and at least 8 never played before
4. Continue to look upon the game as a 'game' and the activity as 'play' - and enjoy it, accordingly."If profanity had any influence on the flight of the ball, the game of golf would be a lot easier than it is" - Horace Hutchinson (1903)

Spend less on golf gear compared to 2012.

Play as much as possible.
Get some short game lessons, I have never learned how to hit wedges properly. This is my most important goal. I struggle so much with my wedges that I always go back to my pitching wedge.
Learn more about building golf clubs.
Get my irons checked for proper loft and lie angles.Obviously you're not a golfer.
