fedex ground for clubs, canada post for soft goods like shirts, etc. Mostly due to prices, fedex has better prices for larger packages.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

Are you talking shipping clubs to your golf/holiday destination? I looked at FedEx rates a while back when I was considering flying to MB. As I recall even the most expensive rate on any airline as checked baggage was far less than FedEx shiping rates (one-way). While the commercials make it look attractive, the cost is prohibitive IMHO.

Pretty sure he's talking about selling a club and shipping it to the states. I use FedEx for everything in Canada, but I usually use Canada Post to ship to the states. It's a bit more expensive, but the service is quicker depending on where it's going. FedEx ground can take a while. I once shipped something to Las Vegas using ground and it took two weeks.

I've not used this myself but Golf Digest had an article recently by Peter Finch on the various options. He claims Luggage Forward is a good option. As to whether they operate in Canada, I'm not sure. Here's his article: http://www.golfdigest.com/magazine/2...ing-your-clubs. And the Luggage Forward site: http://www.luggageforward.com/. Since they ship to 200 countries and have a UK site, I would think they can cover Canada too.
    Cheers,
    Tim
