Swing feedback
What needs improving? Head still? More hip movement? Bend knees?

FWIW: I drew a line from the ball through your shoulders at address and another up the plane of the shaft. At the top of your back swing your hands are on the shoulder plane while your right elbow is on the shaft plane, which is as good as it gets. IMO, as you come down, the hands should drop down towards the shaft plane and then follow that out to the ball. What I see is the hands moving back down the shoulder plane to the ball. This necessitates some sort of blocking action to prevent a hook. What is your normal ball flight?
Since we are only two groups apart on Monday at the C & D, and if you are interested, I could show you what I do to "cure" that little OTT move.

My normal ball flight is a fade. Rarely do I hook. I'll see you on Monday and check out your tip. Thanks for having a look Lyle.

Your left knee seems to be moving backwards as your weight shifts back, causing your foot to lift back in your backswing - try keeping it more firmly planted.

Looks pretty good except for the foot movement as mentioned above.
Which course is that?

I'd say don't worry too much about it if you are getting good results. Look at Bubba Watson!!?? That guy moves around like a folded lawn chair and still smashes the ball and can put one within a foot on the green from 200 yards out!!
I have a lot of weight transfer when I swing as well. Too much some would say, but I don't want to try to screw around with it too much. I tried that once and lost A LOT of distance and starting blocking everything.
Are you a member at Hunt Club?

I'm a hack but I love your swing, it shows you worked hard on it. You play a fade off the tee?

That's the thing, if I try to sway less I lose distance but gain accuracy.
I just started to learn about wrist hinge to gain more power. Sergio and Tiger get amazing power from bending the shafts on the downswing. I'm gonna practice that this winter.

The truth is that if you work on mechanics on the range, you will naturally think mechanics on the course. Logically then, you have to practice on the range, NOT thinking about how to swing, which is what you want when you play on the course. Therefore, a balance, in practice, between conscious and non conscious swings, is ideal. Try the "32 Ball Routine." Four swings working on mechanics followed by four thinking about something other than golf. ("Mary had a little lamb," or whatever) Repeat this four times, before moving to another aspect of your game.
Bob Rotella preaches that you must "train it on the range and then trust it on the course." But he never tells you HOW. The above is HOW.
