trugolf ballspeed error

has anyone encountered reduced ballspeed resulting in loss of distance.

its like its a pre determined shot if the sensors dont pick up the swing, it gives the same direction launch angle and ballspeed, it seems to pick up the clubspeed accurately but with the false ballspeed it gives a ridiculous smashfactor.

getting about 50 percent rate of it happening, had a remote session, got rid of one problem added this, any quickfix i can do in the xml, have a gathering coming tomorow for golf cup

you swing your 8 iron 137 mph. Wow, that is fast. I do not get this speed with my driver and the whip of the graphite shaft. Either your system is not reading right or I need to work on my swing speed.

I would get in touch with ZMax he helped me with my e6 software. I can't think of any settings to change to fix that issue.

only thing i could do was recheck dimension settings, unplugged , trimmed vacummed, sensor pad.. hit 5 shots, no error, does the numbers seem right now, remember its in metrics bubs..4 am now, gota get to bed, hopefuly it all goes smooth tomorow

Ball speed very low as is the spin rate for an 8 iron! Last screenshot seems better but still low spin rate. As well 47 degree launch angle??? Seems high for an 8 iron. Do check the ball speed and spin rates. Both are too low.

The last screenshot looks correct.

Yes the original screen shots. The last one was ok but the spin is still too low for an 8 iron given that launch angle.
