    Starting on the 9th tee?

    Does anyone know why the starting tees 1 and 9 this week?

    It's closer to the clubhouse than the 10th tee; makes it easier on both the players and the fans..

    The guys starting on 9 are going to play the course backwards. They're going to meet up with the other half of the field on the 5th fairway and have a big pillow fight.
    When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.
