External Putter well attachment?

Hey guys...anybody know if there is a product out there that can be attached to a cart bag, while on a cart, that will hold a putter outside of the bag?

I got a plastic clip that clamps on the outside of the bag at Canadian Tire a couple of years ago. Was about $5 I think. It holds the putter in a tapered slot so it won't fall out and the clip goes into the top of the bag. You can find them online too: http://www.amazon.com/Orlimar-Putter...d_sim_sbs_sg_4
