    Unhappy Ribbed Grips

    Having trouble finding some. Pretty much everything Golfworks has is round, and I don't think Golftown carries any. Looking for old school v55 cords or NDMC. Any suggestions?

    Thanks. The only ribbed cord they have is NDMC in red, .6 or .58 sizes. But that's more than I've found so far. Thanks again.

    Tape a rib on the shaft before installing the grip .

    Hmm, interesting. Anything in particular used for the rib? Just a ridge of tape? Piece of wire?

    pretty sure the ping id-8s are ribbed and at gt, and come in 5 or 6 different sizes

    I think for ribbed grips you're only choices are Tour Velvet (Std, cord), NDMC and Lamkin Crosslines (std or cord).
    Golfworks should stock these or can get them.

    You could try Ebay too might find older grips on there.

    no i just looked Ping ID8 (the ones they put on most new clubs) you can get them in ribbed for sure.

    They come in cord or non cord too. And GT should have them. If not golfworks and ebay will for sure.

    Golfworks shows replacement Callaway grips that are ribbed. I happened to look last week because my brother is looking for replacements for his Big Bertha irons.
