Mounting a Flat Screen TV Over Fireplace

Do you know any one who does this. I would like to have all wires hidden though, not channeled down to the side of the fireplace. The fireplace is floor to ceiling so I'm guessing a section of stone will need to be removed and wires fished through.

If you know someone who does quality work please let me know.

New Plan. A fireplace mantle will be build where the eletrical outlet will reside inside and the 46" tv will rest on top of the mantle.

The work required will be to mount the electrical outlet inside the mantle and fish all wires (HD, USB, etc) out though the end into the wall and down to a box mounted on the bottom of the wall.

Who would you recommend to do this?

Work needs to be completed in 3 weeks.
