tigerwoods 08 -no distance and delayed swing on my optishot?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has the same problem? In Tigerwoods 08 mode, no matter what player or swing setting I use, it seems like I only get a half swing and a driver goes max 160 yards.(normal for me is 260). Also, is it normal to have a long delay after my swing?

As CPA said I am using the optishot and going through the practice option. I have followed DD's advice to take a tour player and tried all settings for level and swing device. Is anyone playing tiger 08 on their optishot without weak swings and a three or four second delay after a swing ? Thanks

Oops, sorry guys. Yes, I brought my wife and baby on the road (in San Diego to visit Foresight and Full Swing) with me so it has been a bit of a marathon trying to keep up (hit the San Diego Zoo today - very cool).

Sorry Riggy, I have very limited experience with the TW interface for Optishot, but as I recall there wasn't a huge delay.

Have you tried just running the software using the mouse and keyboard?
