    Skycaddy SGX or garmin G6

    what can you tell me about these two, I am tired of trying to run a golf app on my BB so am hoping fathers day will cure that problem...

    I just bought a Garmin G6 and still have my Skycaddie SG5. I'm really liking the Garmin, like the size and ease of use and no subscription. The one problem is that I've already played two courses that aren't on the Garmin. On the SG5 I could download most courses that I've played but it only held 20 courses so I had to load the ones I would be playing. I'm not disappointed in switching to the Garmin.

    I don't own one buy have used the SGX on multiple occasions and it is awesome! If I could justify buying one I would do so tomorrow. So easy to use and being able to move the cursor to all points and get distances is awesome. Out of 10 I'd rate it a 9 only because I'm not sure of battery life.

    I love my Skycaddie... never have any problems and can easily play 36 on 1 charge...
    If you think it's hard to meet new people, try picking up the wrong golf ball.

    I found the sg 5 on ebay for about 100.00 with the carf mount included...looking like I will go that route..
