I read in The Ottawa Sun today that the Greenskeeper there expects to be open in 12 to 14 days! How is that possible with all of this snow???

I drove by Cedarhill this morning (Easter Sunday) and there's about 1 to 2 inches of snow in the fairways. With some good weather, they won't be far from their prediction. If there is no more snow, I suspect they will be opening around the 13-14 April... right when I'm leaving for my golf vacation in Costa Rica....:mad:

Hey nice_lag,

Hope your golf trip to Costa Rica is great. Would like to hear your reviews of the courses there after you get back. My wife and I eloped there in '99 and went back for an anniversary this past February. I am a golf NUT but, believe it or not, I've never golfed in Costa Rica. We just spend all of our time while in CR looking for monkeys.

I'll sure let you know. I am going down to the Playa Conchal Resort where the Lion's Paw course is. I plan on playing a few rounds. I'll try to bring bag tags and obviously my score cards so that I can satisfy Dan and Steve at the OG Tour (just teasing guys).
