Best flooring option for my sim, help needed!!!

I am planning on upgrading my GC2 sim floor, I am currently using an old fiberbuilt mat that I had, but I'd rather do the full room with sinthetic grass/carpet, and just integrate into the floor the small 1x2 feet matt, I went with the dura pro which takes a real tee.

My question is, do I go with one strip in the center of the screen, or do I put two strips, one for RH and one for LH, while standing center of the room.

fwiw, I use the sim for fitting, not ust recreational use, so i do need LH support.

Cory is probably the one to pm, he is left handed and sells the gc2 so would know what is required to swap from right to left on gc2.

My understanding would be one mat. The ball is the centre point of screen and the player setup screen determines right left handed but otherwise the distance measurements stay the same. You would be best to permanently mark the feet positions on either side for ease of use.

Santiago, what did you end up doing for your floor? I am at that point too! I want the whole surround area and stance the same and cut in the impact zone. Would you do anything different?

Nothing yet, but I am doing the exact same thing you are doing. Will probably start doing it next week, I'll try to post some pics and let you know how it goes. Still undecided if doing one strip center of the room, or two separate strips for RH and LH golfers.
