    Added Weight Question

    Hi Gary,

Player A applies lead tape to the heel of his driver causing the heel/shaft axis measurement to exceed 0.625", as described in Appendix II. Is this club now considered non-conforming? Thanks.

I guess Gary's on vacation. Anyhoo, I got an answer from the RCGA.

Any changes made by the player to a club would result in the club being considered as new, and in this case the new club would now be non-conforming.
