Is the Finish Too High?
I saw this on the website and I'm thinking that the finish may be a bit too high.
Any opinions?

It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

Right...
Colby, you're right but at least he's consistent.

I think it's his "stinger" shot. He does seem to love the Tiger.....

These guys are funny.
Notice in the second shot how the ball is headed down the left side and fading back to the middle of the green?I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

At 120 lbs. with a finish like that, you better make sure your shoes are tied.
When applying the Rules, you follow them line by line. You don't read between them.

Dan:
Great picture of Steve's ball skidding across the grass "burning worms".
BTW: You better clean your lense, there's a mark on it that's makes a bird seem to be flying across the pic.

It's not the style points I go for when I play. It's the numbers. So

What is your normal ball flight, particularly with the longer clubs?

All are left to right fades. Nothing much to worry about as I hit enough fairways. With the lower irons I hit them higher than most of the guys I play with but with less fade. Fairly consistant but still loads of room to improve.
That last pic was on the driving and could also have been a punch shot into the wind if I recall that day.I've spent most of my life golfing .... the rest I've just wasted"

Check the positions of the 6 golfers in the link below. There are all the same in that the shaft covers the right forearm midway into the downswing and it is apparent that the club head will be coming into the ball from the inside. I particularly like Sergio Garcia's position because the club head gets significantly behind him in the downswing. The scholars on the golf telecasts would say that Sergio gets the club stuck behind him, however, these fine players were/are all very straight, accurate ball strikers. John Dunnigan's "Flattening Drill," helps to create this beautiful inside path.
