Zelocity-dont buy
Hi all, I am new here and would like to warn all of the terrible company Zelocity from Scottsdale, AZ. I bought a pureflight unit from them and could never get it to work. There is some bug or glitch in the software. Even though I wanted to use it for baseball, its the same unit for golf. Sean offers no tech support, wont let me talk to anyone else and of course wont refund me. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card co and it looks like we may go to 3rd party arbitration. This company has lots of complaints and unhappy customers. Buyer beware and if you gotta have one of their products, buy through a reseller which may make getting a refund easier. For those on this forum who are upset like me, maybe we can band together. From all accounts I have read Zelocity certainly seems like a dishonest company with bogus products. With your first hand experience you definitely have the right to condemn the product and company.

Hi all, Chris here from Australia.
Well it seems I am not alone in thinking Zelocity is a very badly run company!!!
I bought a Pureflight from a reseller (the Golfstore)and when new are supposed to come with a full charge. Took it to the range straight out of box and when turning it on at the range started flashing recharge..thought oh well i'll take it home and put on charge.. it was sent to me with the wrong power supply they sent the american one instead of the international power supply. I had to buy a stepdown converter to charge but the unit would not fire up. This was back in November 2011. Sean at Zelocity has done everything possible to delay delay delay again he won't put me in touch with anyone but himself. I have sent unit back at my own cost to have it repaired and they are now telling me the internal battery and original charger they sent are fried and I'm up for $288 for repair and return freight. Anyone got any ideas as how to proceed from here???
Cheers Chris

If the terms of sale were fundamentally breached, then generally the law allows the purchaser a right of action against the seller. This may be subject to the terms of the contract of sale. Australian legislation may afford you a number of options, assuming that Australian courts have jurisdiction over the matter.
