Topflite Gamer V2
I bought 2 boxes at the T&L booth at the Golf Expo for $10 each box. I wish now that I had bought 5 boxes. I played Manderley yesterday with the Gamer V2. This is an amzing ball even at $20 a box.
I shot a 91 which is pretty good for me. I would have broken 90 if I hadn't got a 7 on the 18th hole par 5. Especially since my 3rd shot was from the rough 20 yards left and short of the green. Short game is killing me. Argh!
I was crushing the drives and the spin around the green is very good for this price range of ball. This ball feels amazing coming off the putter. I know there have been lots of reviews for this ball, but I didn't believe the hype until now. I played the whole round with the same ball and it only had one scuff from a mis-hit 5 iron. I am truly amazed at how well this ball plays.
Anyone know where to buy this ball locally?
Golfsmith.com has them for $20 US a box plus $12 US shipping for your entire order.Obviously you're not a golfer.

I am a big fan of D2 Feel, they sell those for $19 at Walmart for a 15 pack. Not sure if they have the Gamer there, but they had some other Topflight balls.
I got a fever. And the only prescription is more golf equipment.

I've been using the V2 for 2 years now. I swing around 100mph and this ball feels great to me. Best bang for the buck.
I just got an email from Golfsmith. $20 off $120 or $50 off $300 code EPS213MAR
It's better than nothing.

You're welcome. That code is good until Wednesday 3/28!
I buy mine from Golfsmith(with coupons), golf shows/expos, and Ebay. Wherever I get deals. I have over 10 dozens stocked.
Ebay seems to have the best deals. This one is great if you can get them to ship to Canada. http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Top-Flit...item41641fa7f6
Same with this one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Top-Flite-Ga...item4aaea48474

The V2 is a better ball than the original Gamer. The original Gamer shreds very easily.

I love the Gamer V2 - any idea why Golftown no longer sells them?

I was wondering the same thing. I just called Golftown Trainyards, they will look into it and get back to me.

In case anyone is interested in trying the Gamer V2, they're on sale at Sports Experts. A box of 1 dozen, normally $19.99, is only $12.99 through the end of this week. I got 3 dozen for $44.04 including tax, so it's a pretty minimal investment for a Golf Digest gold list ball. Now to try them on the course!
Cheers,
Tim

I picked up 3 dozen from Knet. Quite like them. Not as nice around the greens as a tour ball but I seem to get a little more distance with my slow swing speed. At a buck or so a ball they're a great value.
At the Sports Experts in the Bayshore mall the Gamer V2's in the green box (last years I think) were on for 11.99 or so.

Much appreciated Tim, I stopped by the Sports Experts in Orleans and grabbed 3 boxes. They had about 20 left as of two hours ago.
