What can I expect If we play there, condition,layout, greens.
Can anyone compare it to a course around here as far as quality goes.

I played there years ago and it was awesome and the layout is really nice. Plyaed it again a few years back while it was going through an ownership change and the course was not in good shape. It's spring so I wouldn't expect much for conditions but the layout is a lot of fun and challenging, lots of ups and downs. Maybe a bit like Le Sorcier or Smugglers on a lower scale.

I was a member there 30+ years ago and haven't played it since. I did like it way back when
