    You lucky man. I miss my money games with the boys from Ottawa. The guys I play with now don't generally play for much, and prefer not to play me for cash!

    With one exception, this morning was the coldest I have ever been on the course. The cold temperature, the north wind and absence of sunshine was not pleasant. Worse, I couldn't feel the fingers of my right hand or my toes on the right side. I'm glad that I didn't pack it in after nine, though, as I was able to pick up two birdies on the back.

    Hit the jackpot with 4 birdies today at Kingsway... #1, #7, #9, #15... was having a spartacular run of even par after the 15th, then Bobblehead had to point that out. I proceed to finish the last three with bogey, double, double! Still finisned with the best round I've ever shot of 77!

    Thanks mpare.. Sunday was cool but dry and not much wind.. very ideal condition. aside from forgetable last 2 holes, had 14 GIR on first 16 holes, 7 one putts and a chip-in. finally able to apply those range sessions on to the course. Hope to be able to come close again. Otherwise I'll be reading Dave Stieb "Tomorrow I'll be Perfect" over again

    So much for the promise of warmer weather and sunshine this morning. After shooting a two under 34 on the front nine, I was forced to leave the course (still two under) after 14 by wind, rain, thunder, lightning and colder weather.

    It's hailing as I type this! What the hell am I doing here?
