Looked to me like restaurant was open! They cut all the t-boxes and also mowed quite a few fairways, some fairways starting to look good, greens will need time tho!

Eric said they had tarps but didn't put fertilizer in the fall.Owner figured it will be a couple of weeks to get the greens better and they started watering them.Suppose to get some rain next few days so that will help.

Played on the weekend -greens are terrible-need a lot of work
Patches, grass, no grass-and from what I hear they do cover the greens over the winter
Staff is friendly, even have a starter- but the greens - a total mess-hopefully they can turn them around in the next few weeks

Does not sound like a good start for the old owners... Hopefully they can continue with what was done last year prior to them taking it back....

I heard they hired a real Greenskeeper with experience so I expect things to turn around quickly! Let's stay positive!

Played this morning (Monday) for the first time this year. Greens are in horrific shape ! BUT.... i knew that and expected nothing great. So although the greens are in pretty sad shape right now, the rest of the course was actually better than it's been in a lot of springs I've seen in years past. I was pleasantly surprised by the course conditions. Now it's not Stonebridge or Equinelle but you know what you're getting yourself into when you play there and it wasn't bad at all. I had a good time despite the greens being as bad as they where. The staff is great, very friendly and courteous, can't ask for more. I will be back, once the greens are in better shape.
